Can I close a quotation that hasn't been approved?

If you have an open quotation that will not be approved, you can close the quote and it will be removed from the system.

1. Navigate to the Open Quotes Module.
2. Locate the project you would like to close and choose the Close button.
3. A dialog box will appear that will allow you to choose the reason for closing the project.
